Lawyers who stay by your side when things get hard
In law, force majeure means circumstances that can be neither foreseen nor avoided. We chose the name deliberately: our work begins exactly where the usual rules stop working.
The full-scale war confronted businesses with questions no textbook could answer. How do you keep key staff during mobilisation? How do you deal with recruitment centres without halting operations? How do you move a business and its people abroad without losing the company at home? We found those answers together with our clients — and today we apply them every day, from critical-enterprise status to legalising employees in Europe.
We operate in Ukraine and in Europe: an office in Kyiv and our own company in the European Union. For the client that means one team, one contract and one point of responsibility on both sides of the border — no intermediaries and no hand-offs between different firms.
Our team brings together advocates and lawyers in corporate, labour, criminal, migration and tax law. We never pass clients between departments: each matter gets exactly the specialists it needs, and one partner is accountable for the result.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what we hear most often. Can’t find yours? Write to us.
How much is the first consultation?
The first consultation is free and non-binding. We look into your situation and tell you honestly how we can help.
Can we reserve employees if the company is not yet a critical enterprise?
Yes. We first check whether the company meets the criteria, prepare the critical-enterprise application, and then file the lists of employees for reservation.
Do you only work in Kyiv?
Our office is in Kyiv, but we support clients remotely across Ukraine — and in Europe through our own office.
How is the price set?
It depends on scope and complexity. After the consultation you receive a fixed quote with no hidden fees. Businesses can choose a monthly retainer.
Do you keep information confidential?
Yes. All client information is confidential, and we sign an NDA on request.
How fast do you reply?
We usually reply to website requests within one business day, and to urgent ones the same day.
